What Data do We Hold
In the provision of services we will ask you to complete a registration form that includes your name, address, telephone number, email and details of your dog and the access and security arrangements required to enter your home in the provision of the services
All access and security data will be held in confidence at all times and never shared with another third party except with your express permission (for example when arranging holiday cover and continuity of services)
Who we share your data with
In the normal course of providing the service your data will never be shared.
Where we need to procure emergency treatment for your dog, your details will be shared as required with a practising veterinary surgery.
How long we retain your data
We retain your data for no more than 6 (six) months after the last scheduled walk/visit booked. After that time your details will be destroyed and you will need to re-register to use our services again.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Where any payment for services provided remains outstanding, we will retain your information as required in the collection of payment.
